Right of withdrawal
In accordance with GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract (for services) or from receiving the product (for goods).
How to exercise the right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, we need an unambiguous statement informing us of your decision. You can use the standard form below or send us an e-mail at office@cleverclean.ro.

Exceptions
Under art. 16 of GEO 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Service contracts after the services have been fully performed, if performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent.
- Products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed.
Refunds
We will refund all amounts received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of delivery type), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
Returning products (if applicable)
Send the products to the address: [return address]. The direct cost of returning is borne by the consumer. The products must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use.
