2. What data we process
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, phone, e-mail, service address.
- Billing data: company name, VAT ID, fiscal address (for business clients).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, browsing data (see Cookie policy).
- Communication content: messages sent through the contact form, e-mail or WhatsApp.
3. Purposes and legal basis for processing
- Performance of the service contract — art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Fulfilling legal obligations (tax, accounting) — art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Direct marketing, newsletter, site behaviour analysis — based on your consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- Legitimate interest in protecting the site against fraud — art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Who we share data with
Data may be shared with: the web hosting provider, the e-mail provider, the payment processor, the courier company (where applicable), the authorised accountant, public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Storage duration
Billing data is kept for 10 years in accordance with Accounting Law no. 82/1991. Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Technical browsing data is kept for a maximum of 24 months.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have: the right of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and not to be subject to automated decision-making.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access control, backups) to protect data against unauthorised access or loss.
