In accordance with the legislation in force (GO 21/1992 on consumer protection, GEO 34/2014, Law 363/2007), consumers may submit complaints directly to Clever Clean through the channels provided on the Contact page.

Online dispute resolution (ODR)

The European Commission provides a platform for the online resolution of disputes between consumers and traders:

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

Under GO no. 38/2015 on the alternative resolution of disputes, the consumer may use an ADR entity accredited by the Ministry of Economy.
